Winner of the Polar Bear Pitching will get awesome prizes, including €10K in cash and valuable services as well as becoming Catapult's portfolio company. The portfolio companies can utilize Catapult's international Guru Network.
To apply, just make a short video greeting concentrating on how you #breakthruice. Introduce your team the way you think is best, and tell us why we should give you a chance to pitch from the ice hole. Be creative, but don't worry, your video does not need to be professionally made!
Participation fee is €220 (including VAT). It includes the two-day Arctic Adventure in Oulu from Feb 10-11. Read more about the program here. Ice Breaker Day, Feb 11
Ice Breaker Day on Feb 11 includes hands on workshops sparred by top international experts, networking and matchmaking. Amazon's Principal Investigator H.B. Siegel will give you the unusual tools for creative and disruptive & innovative thinking, and Forbes’ tech contributor Jennifer Hicks show you how to pitch your story to the global business media.
Other workshop topics include gaming, B2B sales, crowdfunding, and investor relations. More information will be shared on our website.

Tickets for the Ice Breaker Day on Feb 11 are now on sale. We have different kind of tickets available:
• Ice Breaker Day for startups: €220. Tickets include sparring workshops, networking, investor matchmaking and After Swim Party.
• Investor ticket: €220, includes access to Ice Breaker Day Startup-Investor networking and matchmaking facilities & services, and After Swim Party. Additionally, you will get access to the exclusive Warm up leading to After Swim party with all the startups, other investors and media representatives.
• Corporate ticket: €330 Corporate Ticket includes: access to Ice Breaker Day, lunch, coffee and refreshments. Additionally, you get access to the exclusive Warm up leading to After Swim party with all the startups, investors and media representatives, and a ticket to the official After Swim party.
• Amazing After Swim Party tickets: €25
